JUST BREATHE

In Sanskrit, the word for breath is pranayama, the essence and foundation of yoga. It invites us to pause, to fully and completely inhale and exhale, reconnecting with the present moment. Breath is a powerful tool that helps us cultivate control over the mind and body, reducing stress and bringing us closer to our true selves. With each exhale, we ground and stabilize, promoting healing, improving heart rate, and relieving tension. It serves as a natural detoxifier, clearing physical and mental toxins, and creating space for balance and renewal.
